It's not the size of your business, but how you treat your customers that matters!

So many clients tell us the reason they switched provider is that their previous one was impossible to contact and never got back to them.

Things that really matter to us:

1. We implement phone systems that get people through, or if you can't be contacted, which ensure a caller knows they are valued and can be assured of a call back as soon as possible. Sometimes you can't answer a call, but that doesn't mean it's okay to give bad service. That bit's up to you, the phone system cannot change your attitude to clients.

2. You will anger your clients if you fail to provide the level of service they need, when required. Email and web chat can be fine, but a phone call must be an option and a response of any kind must be within an appropriate period.

3. Speaking to staff who are empowered to listen and take ownership of an enquiry makes the world of difference. If someone has picked up the phone to speak with you or your organisation, it's because they wish to talk through something and want you to hear their concerns or delight rather than read or write it.

4. People remember exceptional experiences. Whether exceptionally good or exceptionally bad, it creates a memory. Even if it's a problem needing to be resolved, if you sort it quickly, compassionately, and by taking ownership, what could have been an exceptionally bad experience can be turned into an exceptionally good one.
